3D Modelling

In order to provide fast, accurate designs and production ready drawings, Technical Resin Bonders invested in SolidWorks™ 3D modelling software as the primary design tool. This allows for fast and accurate transition from concept, through to full design, documentation and release to production. SolidWorks™ offers the engineer a complete set of tools in order to ensure the finished product completely meets the requirements in terms of mechanical excellence, durability, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.

Finite Element Analysis

The safety of products and structures is paramount. It is therefore important that analysis is introduced early in the product development process to ensure the product or structure will, prior to manufacture or assembly, perform to the required specifications. Designing to use honeycomb sandwich panel technology and fibrous composite components can require complex calculations in order to ensure the products safely meets the requirements. Technical Resin Bonders choose COSMOSWorks™ as the mainstream analysis tool to complement the SolidWorks™ 3D modelling service. This advanced FEA software provides accurate design analysis for more in-depth examination of product performance than would ever be possible using even the most detailed prototypes.
