Honeycomb sandwich panel technology and moulded carbon fibre composite components are standard requirements for the motor sports industry. As well as producing full chassis, assembled or in flat pack version, Technical Resin Bonders can produce a range of supportive products from front splitters for Rally Cars to flat set-up tables.
A1 Grand Prix scrutineers use a range of checking fixtures in order to verify the car’s qualification to the relevant specifications. This necessitates the car being positioned on a flat base and that the checking fixtures are manufactured to precise dimensional requirements.
Using Honeycomb Panel technology and precision CNC machining capabilities, Technical Resin Bonders were able to fully meet the challenges of the project.
