Company Quality Policy
Our Company policy is to supply products of high quality and maintain customer confidence and satisfaction by good marketing practices with high standards of support.
These principles apply to all our products, be they for aerospace, defence, transportation, building, sports or other industrial applications. Maintenance of and improvements in standards of quality are matters for all the staff.
High standards of quality are brought about by well-founded planning, good manufacturing practices and timely customer service. Those producing materials or providing services are responsible for the quality of those materials or services. Areas for improvement will be identified and measurable objectives set to enable improvements to be monitored.
Our quality system in the Company is based upon full and carefully written standards of workmanship and inspection. The Quality Manual describes procedures, documentation and the specific responsibilities delegated through the staff structure. Maintenance of these procedures and responsibilities is part of the terms of reference of each member of staff. A foundation of the system is that, where necessary, complete traceability from defined raw material to final product is recorded. No deviation from standards is allowed without authorisation by the Chief Inspector or Quality Manager.
Staff, independent of production, monitor quality of all products and satisfy our responsibilities for release of product to the relevant quality standards.
Whole-hearted support of the quality system is necessary to maintain and improve the position of the Company in the competitive markets of the coming years.
